The American Roots Music Festival is an all day, family friendly event throughout Caramoor’s beautiful performance spaces, gardens and grounds. The Festival offers an eclectic mix of folk, country, bluegrass, gospel, blues, singer/songwriter, traditional and contemporary roots music performed by legendary stars and up and coming artists.

For your convenience, we offer two types of tickets – the All Day & Evening ticket (providing access to to ALL performances and activities, daytime and evening, including Festival headliner GRAMMY Award winner Rosanne Cash, and The Lone Bellow) and the Day Only ticket (providing access to daytime performances and activities, excluding Rosanne Cash and The Lone Bellow). Children under 18 are half price.

In addition to hours of great music, your Day Only ticket includes free and convenient parking, real restrooms, shady viewing areas and a shade tent for daytime shows, spacious green picnic lawns (some with old fashion picnic tables), plenty of space to listen or areas to explore, assorted food and beverages to purchase from our refreshment stand (or bring your own!), free activities for kids (including the Caramoor Scavenger Hunt, I Spy tours of the Rosen House), tours of the historic Rosen house, and the Social Music Hour Workshop – an all ages sing along, play along session! A perfect way to spend s summer day with the whole family!
