My address is 100 West 26th Street (southwest corner of 6th Avenue) Apt 7H.  There is free parking starting at 6pm on the south side of 25th Street between 5th and 6th.  Then there is free parking starting at 7pm on my block (26th Street between 6th and 7th).  It’s a little over a mile walk from Grand Central.  Also, the 6 train stops at 28th/Park and 23rd/Park which is a short walk.

It’s a one-bedroom apartment but I think we can fit up to 20 people.  I’ll need someone to bring 5-10 folding chairs to augment what I have.

Also Sid Gold’s Request Room is on my block closer to 7th Ave.  Sid Gold’s is a piano karaoke bar, with the karaoke starting at 9pm every night except Sunday.  It is co-owned by Joe McGinty, who produces the Loser’s Lounge shows and was the keyboard player for the Psychedelic Furs for five years.  The pianists have long lists of popular songs with a lot of classic rock and most of them can transpose. They have iPads with all the lyrics for the singers.  The regular Monday night pianist is Paul Leschen, who is awesome.  I got to know him and asked him to play keys on my recent album.  Anyway, I thought it might be fun to go over there at 9pm with anyone who wanted to stay out late enough.
