Great Blue will perform at Ralph and Dave's Seafood Restaurant in historic Verplanck, NY. This Sunday gig will be while they are serving their terrific brunch. Views of many eagles on the Hudson and fabulous fabulous food: our last dinner menu included tasty trout, precisely cooked succulent steaks and a juicy burger with vegetables from local farms. These two cooks know how to buy excellent food from local sources and prepare it well. The menu varies each day with available fresh food, with great selections at reasonable prices.
