The Hurdy Gurdy Folk Music Club has, for thirty years, been devoted to bringing the best in folk music to the Northeastern New Jersey area. Tribes Hill is proud to support a benefit concert for The Center for Food Action. The Center strives to prevent hunger and homelessness and to improve the lives of those living in poverty. It provides emergency food supplies, services to protect against homelessness and utility assistance to thousands of individual and families living in Northern NJ. In addition to enjoying the concert, attendees are asked to bring a donation of canned or packaged food (non-perishable, please). Tribes Hill artists performing are: Fred Gillen, Jr., Susan Kane, Judy Kass, the duo Pluck & Rail, and Matt Turk. Advance tickets are available online for $20, the site takes PayPal. Tickets will be $23 at the door.
