Below is a list of positions we need to fill for our Annual Meeting on Saturday June 14, 2008. Use the comment option below to let us know how you would like to volunteer. Give us a first and second choice (just in case). Please leave contact information either phone number or email so the team leaders can contact you or you can contact the team leader. GROUNDS
Team Leader: Andy Craig
Volunteers will set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, trash and recycling area, and build and maintain the campfire. Volunteers will be needed on Wednesday evening preceding the event (weather permitting) to set up the tent and bring chairs and tables from the cellar, Sunday afternoon 3:00 the day after the event to strike the tent and return tent, table, and chairs back to the cellar, and for the following shifts on Saturday: 10:00-1:00 for more set up, 1:00-4:00 and 4:00-8:00 for maintenance, and 8:00-? To take down chairs and tables.
FOOD
Team Leader: Ruth Post
Volunteers will prepare the grill, grill food, receive and set out pot- luck dishes, maintain beverage centers, clean up the kitchen. Volunteers will be needed for the following shifts the day of the event: 10:00-1:00 to set up beverage center, to prepare coffee, tea etc for early volunteers, and to prepare the kitchen, 1:00-3:00 to receive pot-luck contributions and to prepare food for grill, 3:00-6:00 to grill food, and to serve dinner and dessert, 6:00-9:00 to clear tables and clean up kitchen.
MEMBERSHIP/ENTRANCE
Team Leader: Madhumita Chakrabartti
Volunteers for this position should feel comfortable collecting money and recording member information as members arrive throughout the day. Shifts will be from 10:00-1:00 to set up Membership/Entrance booth, 1:00-5:00, and 5:00-9:00 to collect member dues and update member info when necessary and to sell merchandise.
PARKING
Team Leader: ?
This position requires assertive people who can give instructions loudly and clearly. Volunteers will monitor the parking in the driveway and direct cars to park at the bank. Shifts are: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, and 6pm-8pm. A volunteer team leader for this responsibility is still needed.
GO-TO PERSON

Volunteers for this position must have a car. Jobs may include picking up miscellaneous items as needed. This is an ongoing job throughout the event day. A volunteer team leader for this responsibility is still needed.
