INTRODUCTION

This year our Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday June 14th.

Once again the day will showcase the musical and culinary talents of our members.

We will host an open mic from 1:00-4:00. all members are invited to participate. Sign-up will begin at 12:00 and will continue until all the time slots are filled.

Dinner followed by our Annual Business meeting will be from 4:00-6:00.
New officers will be selected and members will have an opportunity to volunteer to fill open seats on the Board. Members are asked to bring a potluck dish to share. Please visit the Bulletin Board page and leave a comment under the Annual Meeting Pot-luck to let us know what you will be bringing to share.

From 6:00-8:00 we are proud to host Joe Crookston and Glass of Water presented by the Roots Music Coffee House.

This is a member's only event. July 2008 through June 2009 Member dues will be collected at the Membership/Entrance booth upon arrival. Dues are $15.00 for an individual or $25.00 for a Duo, Band, or Family.

Volunteering at our annual meeting is a way to become more connected to the Tribes Hill community and enjoy the company of talented kindred folk. You can choose from a variety of different jobs at different times throughout the day, even before and after the day of the event. All members are welcome and encouraged to participate.

The Tribes Hill annual meeting is great fun! There is a sense of community and support between musicians, music lovers, and those in the music business. There will be delicious food and drink. You will be serenaded by some of the area's most talented independent musicians. Later in the evening, we will sit around the campfire where all can play. Don't miss it!

We're going to have lots of fun, eat delicious food, hear wonderful music, and enjoy the warmth of community. We hope you will join us.
